Hair Extension Services & Client Satisfaction Policy

 

 

At Hair Angels Extensions, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. We take pride in providing high-quality professional services and clear communication. The following policy ensures transparency and fairness for both our clients and our team.

Consultation & Consent

 

 

  • All hair extension services include a thorough consultation prior to installation.

  • During the consultation, we discuss hair goals, color matching, placement, maintenance, and any haircutting or blending required.

  • Clients are encouraged to clearly communicate preferences, boundaries, and concerns at any time during the service.

  • By proceeding with the service, clients confirm they understand and consent to the agreed-upon plan discussed during the consultation.

Comfort During Installation

 

 

  • Hair extension services may involve mild pressure or adjustment sensations as the hair settles.

  • Sharp, persistent, or increasing pain is not considered normal and should be communicated immediately.

  • If discomfort is reported during the appointment, we will assess placement and make adjustments as needed.

  • If comfort cannot be achieved, we are happy to pause, adjust, or remove the extensions at that time.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Adjustments

 

 

  • We are committed to making every client happy.

  • If you are unhappy or uncomfortable during or immediately after your appointment, please contact us right away.

  • We offer:

  • Complimentary adjustments within a reasonable timeframe

  • Immediate removal if necessary

    • A full refund for the extension service if removal is requested and completed by our salon

    • Prompt communication allows us to resolve concerns safely and professionally.

Refund & Removal Policy

 

 

  • All refund requests must be communicated within 7 days (1 week) of the original installation date.

  • Refunds for hair extension services are only available when:

    • Concerns are communicated directly to us within the 7-day period, and

    • The extensions are assessed and/or removed by our salon

  • If extensions are removed by another provider without first returning to our salon, refunds cannot be guaranteed, as we are unable to verify placement, condition, or cause of concern.

  • Any refund issued for hair extension services requires the return of the extension hair to our salon for inspection and inventory purposes.

  • Color services, haircutting, and all other services are non-refundable once completed.

Aftercare & External Interventions

 

 

  • Clients are provided with aftercare guidance following installation.

  • Washing, styling, chemical treatments, or third-party alterations performed outside our salon may affect results and comfort.

  • We cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from services or removals performed by another salon or individual.

Health & Medical Concerns

 

 

  • Hair extension services are cosmetic and non-medical.

  • If a client experiences symptoms they believe to be medical in nature, we recommend consulting a licensed healthcare professional.

  • Assessments or opinions from third-party salons do not constitute medical diagnoses.

  • We value honest feedback and encourage clients to reach out directly so concerns can be addressed promptly.

  • Our goal is always to resolve issues privately, professionally, and fairly.

  • False or misleading statements presented as fact may be disputed where appropriate.
